It may take up to 48 hours during business days to process and ship your order. (Monday Saturday).
Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery time is 2 to 10 working days. (During holidays or limited edition launches, this lead time may vary).
To ensure the best delivery service, we advise you to choose the “tracking” option which will be offered to you before paying for your basket. This will allow you to have a guarantee if you do not receive your package. The STANTARD option cannot give you this guarantee.
We will email you as soon as your shipment is handed over and provide you with a tracking number (if you have chosen the “tracking” option).
CUSTOMS INFORMATION:
All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and refused packages will not be refunded.
PPlease note that we are not responsible for customs fees in your country, waiting times or incorrect shipping information provided.
U GOT THAT LOOK is not responsible for shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural events, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, or any additional charges, customs or return fees.
We offer standard delivery for free, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee and be responsible for the non-receipt of your package. We STRONGLY advise you to choose the “TRACKING” option for your shipment, this will give you benefits such as tracking your order and replacement insurance if it does not arrive at its destination. The price of the option offered to you is lower than the actual price of it, U GOT THAT LOOK bears part of this insurance.
LOST PACKAGE:
U GOT THAT LOOK is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If your tracking number reads as successfully shipped and the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to,
we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced.
Stolen / lost packages are nonrefundable.
